Ice Maker
The ice maker is fed from a copper tube which comes up from the floor. The tube goes below the floor to a cold water pipe, where it taps into water using a “saddle valve”. The valve also has a handle to turn the water on and off.
The cold water pipe and saddle valve can be accessed by removing the ceiling tiles in the small downstairs bedroom/storage room that are directly below the refrigerator. [To do: mark the exact tile somehow]
